Instructions for gaining access

 

The PromCore program has online protection, in order to access the program, you need to follow the simple instructions below. First, you need to download the program itself from the link below:

 

Unzip the archive and run PromCore.exe, On the main PromCore screen, at the bottom left, you will see your access code. Enter this code in the form below, fill in all the fields and within 24 hours, a response about the status of access will be sent to the email specified in the form.

After granting access, when you restart the program or click the "license server status" button, the button should turn green and the PromCore launch button will become active.

  • The code is tied to your operating system and PC, if you change the OS or PC components, the code changes.

  • There are no restrictions on the simultaneous launch of PromCore clients.

  • Upon the first request, all users are provided with free and unlimited access for 7 days.
